The Screen Guide

After making a name for herself as one of the world's most acclaimed chefs, Analiese Gregory is taking a giant leap into the unknown. At thirty-five, she's left the security and success of her acclaimed restaurant career and is embarking on a new solo adventure in Tasmania's rugged and remote Huon Valley. Here, in a small century-old cottage, she's getting back to nature and connecting to the wildness that surrounds her. Along the way, she's teaching herself to hunt, forage, harvest and live seasonally. This series charts Analiese's journey as she strives to redefine her life and find success on her own terms - and inspires us to reflect on how we choose to live, eat and cook.
