The Screen Guide

A gentle comedy about Margo Clements, Diva of the Western Plains, and her passionate accompanist Spencer Field, who serve up a program of 20 clapped-out arias to eager folk all through the wheat belt. Thank goodness it's the last night. Although a comedy, this film is also a comment on the cultural life and climate in Australia.
