The Screen Guide

When the 60 workers at a refrigeration factory in Sydney heard that their business was up for sale, they didn't simply wait to see what would happen. They decided to buy it themselves, and thus became part of a small but growing world-wide movement which is challenging all the usual rules of business. The effect this is having on the old divisions of capital and labour, workers and managers, unions and industry may have important implications for the future of all workers.
