The Screen Guide

The year is 1878 and Howard is in his ninth year as a butcher's apprentice. His vision for change includes lowering the working week to 65 hours, raising the school leaving age to nine, and issuing every pensioner with a goldfish. To fund these reforms the mild colonial boy follows in the footsteps of his cousin - Ned Kelly.
