The Screen Guide

As Gondwana breaks up and Australia begins its solo voyage across the globe, changing conditions shape a unique flora and fauna. Australia's past, from the rule of the dinosaurs to the last days of the diprotodonts, is brought to life with three-dimensional animation. The program focuses on the linked evolution of Australia's wildlife and of the continent itself, through competition and isolation, climatic change and human impact.
