The Screen Guide

Flying foxes or fruit bats, are often regarded simply as pests. Through Sydney's Wildlife Information & Rescue Service, Richard Morecroft, ABC newsreader, became the proud 'foster parent' of a two week old orphaned Grey Headed Flying Fox he called 'Archie'. This program follows the orphan's progress, until it is eventually released into the colony in which it was born.
