The Screen Guide

For a young American soldier called Rebel, the war has taken its toll and he is about to desert. On leave in Sydney, he meets a guy who promises to arrange passage for him on a cargo ship back to America. In the meantime he must find a hideout and seeks refuge with Kathy, a nightclub singer. Neither of them want to fall in love but it seems inevitable.
