ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a professional to join our Market & Audience Team in the Content & Operations Department. Reporting to the Head of Market & Audience, the Investment Manager will assess funding applications, manage a slate of projects and initiatives, and work with creators and stakeholders to maximise the discoverability and impact of Australian content across online, television and feature film. This role will also deliver audience insights and analysis to inform strategy and provide valuable support to the sector to grow audience engagement and financial returns.

About you

  • You will have demonstrated experience in audience engagement, impact and discoverability across feature film and direct-to-audience/online platforms — including creation, distribution, marketing, community management, impact campaigns and monetisation.
  • Will have a demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data, delivering accurate, reliable insights and reports.
  • Experience designing and delivering programs, initiatives or campaigns that grow audience engagement and impact.
  • Have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate positively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in database and spreadsheet software (experience with Smarty Grants and social platform data/insights will be highly regarded).
