About the role

We are currently seeking a talented IT Support Officer to provide incident and support services inhouse across Screen Australia’s IT systems including; IT laptop SOE, Microsoft 365 services, telephony, iPhone and iPad devices, Cisco and Teams audio visual, print, Windows server and network services. The position also liaises with third parties for deployment of security patching and system troubleshooting.

The role is offered as a two-year initial contract on a full-time basis.

About you

  • Previous experience and enthusiasm for providing in person help desk support to deliver a high level of customer service and value add services where opportunities are presented.
  • Thorough understanding and experience providing support for Windows 11 (Enterprise) in an Intune environment and Microsoft Office 2021 LTSC.
  • Previous laptop, display hardware and software support experience in a Windows environment including provisioning, application and security patching deployments using Microsoft Intune.
  • Demonstrable experience in providing IT account support using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Windows Server and Microsoft M365 services (Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange Online).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels across the organisation. This includes experience in training staff at differing technical skill levels.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional out of hours work in support of projects, system upgrades or to complete critical support tasks.
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or equivalent qualifications and/or experience is desirable but not essential.
