The Screen Guide

According to the stories of the dreamtime, song lines were first told to the first man on earth and wove their own magic thread from the first light. Man's role and responsibility is to keep the song lines in tune, to keep them humming at a certain frequency. Sitting by a fire, a man in a possum skin cloak is puzzled by the lack of harmony. The stories sketched on his cloak unfold, drawing us into bush, river, coast; each wave a beat in the tune, a page in the story. This symphony of space and time. The song of the universe.
