The Screen Guide

A poetic documentary about an 80-year-old Aboriginal elder named Spider. He takes his family back to his birthplace, in the Great Sandy Desert of Western Australia, to visit a sacred waterhole. Here he communicates with his ancestors through Kurtal - the Snake Spirit, in an ancient ritual.
