- An understanding of the regulatory, economic and policy frameworks that shape Australia’s screen industry.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with government stakeholders, influencing public policy outcomes, and representing organisations at senior levels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas into clear, evidence-based advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive submissions, reports and strategic documents.
- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to inspire high performance in others, with a commitment to equity, innovation and public value.

In return, you will receive an attractive executive level salary + generous 15.4% superannuation, annual pay reviews (subject to performance), work in our modern office in Ultimo; and become a part of a high-performing, creative, passionate and inclusive team environment.
