Be there when the animation industry comes to Asia for content

A brand new annual event is set to showcase Asia's strongest kids' animated projects.

Kidscreen, ABC Television, Korea Creative Content Agency, Media Development Authority of Singapore, Multimedia Development Corporation of Malaysia (MDeC) and Screen Australia have partnered to launch a brand new annual event that will showcase Asia’s strongest kids’ animated projects looking for investors and partners.

Built around a screening program featuring concepts from Australia, Korea, Malaysia and Singapore that are in early stages of financing and development, the Asian Animation Summit (AAS) is designed to connect Asia’s animation producers with buyers and investors from home and abroad.

Hosted by MDeC, the first AAS will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 10–11 December 2012. The Asia Television Forum is set to run 5–7 December in Singapore, giving you a chance to experience both events easily in one trip, with a weekend in between to chill out and explore.
