The Screen Guide

A NIGHT AT THE DRIVE IN takes you on a nostalgic journey to one of the few remaining drive-ins in Australia. Situated at Gepps Cross on the outskirts of Adelaide, surrounded by the abattoir on one side and the migrant hostel on the other, this drive-in used to be the hub of social activity for many of the locals who appear in this film. They reminisce about the excitement and romance of a night out at the drive-in and reflect on the changing nature of community.
