The Screen Guide

Craig is a 35 year-old man with Down syndrome who still lives with his parents; he is single and doesn’t work, drive or have a girlfriend. When Craig steps into the family car for the first time it is because he believes he can drive, after all he’s seen it done a thousand times before. Unfortunately, reality has a tendency to get in the way and Craig’s first driving experience causes carnage in his street. Craig’s subsequent dressing down by his family and his sense of shame and embarrassment ignite one desire in is heart – to find respect and independence… to get a job.
