The Screen Guide

They shot most of the Kamu people years ago and the survivors were taken away to the compounds under the Australian government's 'half-caste policy'. Now Kamu land can be claimed under the Northern Territory Land Rights Act and the Kamu want to go home. But it seems that proving their ties to their country is not enough. Land claims are much harder when they say you're extinct.
