The Screen Guide

As newspapers report, the assertion of a single faith is rare. The Islamic Cultural Centre is a place where Shiite and Sunni worship together and where a community has resisted temptations - often in the form of offers of substantial funding - to favour one faction over another. In this film we meet five people with different connections to the one place. Together, they describe their lives, their beliefs - and the fears and prejudices that exist within the greater community of which they are a part.
