The Screen Guide

Trade unions in Australia are very much an Anglo-Saxon, male dominated domain. Migrant women wanting to participate in the labour movement have sexual, language and cultural barriers to overcome and little is being done to make their access easier. These women speak out about their situation, and make it clear that what they want and what they need aren't what they're getting.
