The Screen Guide

In October 2001, the passengers of SIEV 4 (the Olong) became notorious to the Australian public as the 'boat people who threw their children into the water'. This film tells the journey of the sailors and the asylum seekers leading up to and beyond that rescue, and the days they spent together on board the Adelaide, which forged relationships and empathy that all would remember forever.
