The difficulties of living in Australian society for a disabled person are doubled when that person is a non-English speaking immigrant. Language and cultural barriers make access to the best and most appropriate health care services difficult. A look at the problem through profiles of the disabled and their parents, and how a small group of dedicated women is trying to ease it.
