The Screen Guide

A biographical study of noted Australian author Christopher Koch, whose successful novels include 'The Year of Living Dangerously'. He was born in Hobart, Tasmania, in 1932, and remained there until his early twenties. This program looks at the strong influence that growing up in Tasmania has had on his literary works. Excerpts from his books are read by Tasmanian ABC-TV newsreader Cris Waterhouse.
