THE MAN WHO IS STILL GOING is an update of a film made in 1973 by Mike Rubbo and is the first Canadian and Australian Co-production between Film Australia and The National Film Board. It tells the story of Francis Sutton's 30 year fight against dumping sewerage in the sea and brings the story up to date as Francis turns 86.
