The Screen Guide

In 2012 Opera Australia and the Yarrabah Indigenous community in Far North Queensland created something special - Yarrabah! The Musical, a new piece telling the community's story with dignity, pride and celebration. It was the culmination of two year's work: a collaboration between the people of Yarrabah and the Opera Australia Communities Partnerships Team. Featuring Casey Donovan, Nick Backstrom, local legend Casey Donovan and directed by Rhoda Roberts, the musical told the story of Yarrabah's history.
