The Screen Guide

Adam Hill is an activist, painter and musician defined by a mixed Indigenous and white origin going on a journey of identity through his artwork. Hill struggles with the views held by people who are closest to him, including his own Aboriginal father, Bob. They are drawn together by the memory of Adam's paternal grandmother. Adam tries to entice his father in to going on a trip to the north of Sydney, to reconnect with their Aboriginal family which neither has met and also to visit the spiritual home of Bob's mother, Clorine.
