The Screen Guide

The wilderness of outback Canada is the backdrop for the opening of this adventure which begins in the Queen Charlotte Islands, the Galapagos of North America. It's the land of the Haida Indians and we visit their ancient villages, studded with totem poles. We move to the Rocky Mountains to take part in a horse trek, before travelling by boat with a family of Inuits, Canadian Eskimos who hunt caribou and seal. We trek across the Arctic Circle encountering glaciers and icy streams as we travel into spectacular valleys.
