The Screen Guide

A fierce retelling of the controversial 1978 rugby league season. Coach, Roy Masters, has taken over at Wests and he's brought something new to the sport - the language of class war. He coins a phrase - Fibros vs Silvertails - to describe the struggle of the working-class Wests against the elite of the northern and eastern suburbs. What starts out as the story of a feud between two football teams turns into a film about class and corruption.
