The Screen Guide

Tibetan refugees, including the Dalai Lama, tell of the fear and oppression that has existed since China invaded Tibet in 1950, and also of the destructive effect of Chinese occupation - not least the calculated attempt to destroy the Tibetan Buddhist religion, language and culture. We learn from nuns, monks and other Tibetans who have fled Tibet, of the torture and suffering they experienced and indirectly of their courage and resolve.
