Screen Australia appoints Mark Reid as Chief Financial Officer

Screen Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Reid as Chief Financial Officer. An accomplished public sector leader, qualified economist and accountant, Mark brings specialist knowledge in fiscal policy, government budgeting and financial management.

Mark also has a longstanding personal passion for creative industries, holding a Bachelor of Music in piano from the Australian National University. Mark has held senior roles across state and federal government, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at NSW Parliamentary Counsel’s Office. His previous experience includes senior roles at the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), KPMG, the Commonwealth Department of Finance, and NSW Treasury.

Mark will commence his role at Screen Australia on 1 October 2025 and will be based in the Sydney office.
