Di Cousens

Di Cousens' work in the visual arts includes photography, film making and painting. Her photographic portraits of writers and poets are used widely for promotion and publicity. She won the Linden Postcard Prize in 2014 and her short, funny film Icon is used in Cinema Studies courses in Australia. In 2018 her book of poetry and photography, 'the days pass without name', was launched by Professor Gillian Triggs. She is also a celebrant and a speaker representing the Buddhist community in interfaith dialogue. In 2023 she received an OAM for service to the Buddhist community.
