Heather-Jean currently teaches and is in collaboration, developing a film about women. She has worked for more than twenty-five years as a crew member and filmmaker and has judged short films for the ADG, Australian Teachers of Media and curated the SA Young Film Makers competition. She studied film and acting at Flinders University and UCLA. She was the Adelaide Chapter Head of Australian Directors’ Guild for five years until 2017. Heather was a Section Winner of Tropfest 2000 with her short film ‘Desy’.
